Each license of Prime Fax is a concurrent use license. The software can be installed on multiple machines on a network, but only used by one person per license.

A Prime Fax purchase comes with one year of free technial support and maintenance.

A vendor database purchase comes with one year of quarterly updates.

* Emails are counted by the number of total email addresses in a database. One vendor may have multiple email addresses due to having multiple contacts in the company.
