The foundation years
Before Southwest Florida, there was Detroit: a boomtown that demanded buildings worthy of its ambition. Our family delivered landmarks that made the papers, and some that still stand today.

Where it began
Our family drives its first nails in Michigan. Five generations later, the same name stands behind every home we build, each builder trained at the last one's elbow.
1922
Garden Court Apartments
A 50-suite garden-court residence that made the Detroit press. Homes designed around courtyards, light, and neighbors: ideas we still build around a century later.
1924
Ambassador Hotel
A landmark hotel built to host a booming city: commercial-grade structure with hospitality-grade finish. It's still the combination behind every home we deliver.
1930
Shaarey Zedek Synagogue
Our family lays the cornerstone of one of Michigan's most significant congregations. When a community trusts you with its house of worship, you learn what building for generations really means.

Like so many of our neighbors, we traded Michigan winters for Gulf sunsets. What we brought with us: five generations of knowing what it takes to build something that lasts.

Founded in Lee County
PrimeBid Construction is founded and headquartered in Lee County, completing its first two custom homes in Cape Coral that same year. Five generations of building knowledge, planted in Gulf Coast sand.
