Not a square-footage rule of thumb. We size by load calculation, accounting for windows, insulation, orientation, and ceiling height. An oversized unit short-cycles, leaves humidity in the air, and wears out faster. Right-sized equipment runs longer, steadier, and drier.
Do you offer emergency AC repair?

Which brands do you install and service?
We install and service all major brands. For new installations and change-outs we often specify the Rheem Endeavor line for its efficiency, humidity control, and warranty, but the right answer depends on your home, your ductwork, and your budget.
