From your lot to your keys
Six steps, all in the open.
Site walk and lot evaluation
It starts on your land: elevation, flood zone, well or city water, septic or sewer. A canal lot in Cape Coral builds differently than acreage in Estero, and the plan starts there.
Contract and portal activation
Within 24 hours of signing, your project portal goes live with your plans, timeline, and team contacts. This is home base for the whole build.
Selections, at your pace
Every finish, fixture, and material in one digital catalog with actual pricing. Digital signatures lock your choices, so there's no confusion at install.
Permits and inspections
We handle Lee and Collier county permitting and every inspection along the way. Approvals, holds, and inspection results post to your portal as they happen.
Construction in the open
Daily progress photos, weekly summaries, milestone notifications. Watch the slab pour from your kitchen table, wherever that table is.
Walkthrough and keys
Punch list items tracked in the portal with photos of every fix. Sign off when you're satisfied, not before. Then the keys are yours.
