Step 1: Initial consultation

The first meeting covers vision, budget, and timeline. We walk through PrimeBid's process, the team that will work on your project, and how our services adapt to your specific situation (existing lot vs lot-search, scope of architectural design help, energy systems you want included). This consultation sets the foundation for everything that follows.

Step 2: Design and lot selection

Once we understand your goals, our team works with you on a preliminary design plan. This covers location (if you do not already own a lot), architectural style, layout, and feature integration. PrimeBid's background in both construction and renewable energy means we can plan solar, Powerwall, and EV charging into the design from the start instead of bolting them on later.

Step 3: Budgeting and planning

With a preliminary design in place, we produce detailed cost estimates and the construction schedule. Transparency is the priority: you see what each part of the project costs, how the timeline is structured, and where the decision points are along the way.

Step 4: Permits and approvals

Once the budget and plan are finalized, PrimeBid handles permits and regulatory approvals. This includes county building permits, septic/utility approvals where applicable, HOA/architectural-review approvals, and impact fees. The exact requirements vary by county and parcel; navigating them is part of what we do.

Step 5: Construction

Construction begins with foundation and structural framework, then progresses through MEP rough-in, drywall, finishes, and final systems. Throughout, PrimeBid maintains open communication with regular updates and a single project lead as your point of contact.

Step 6: Final inspection and turnover

Before turnover, we conduct a thorough final inspection. We walk the home with you, document any punch-list items, and confirm every system is operating as designed. Certificate of occupancy and final utility activations happen at this stage; keys come right after.
