What to bring
- For solar projects: your last 12 months of utility bills (or your annual kWh total).
- For custom homes: your lot address (if you have one) and rough budget.
- For roofing: the age of your current roof and any known issues.
- Any photos, plans, or links that help describe what you have in mind.
